"Probably the worst experience ever. Insurance rates would just climb. I called, and emailed but no response. I have home security, and I got notified to send the certificate. I did to Pamela, and the agent that asked for it. No response, and my rates went up. Drive save notifications stopped coming, and my rate went up as I did not report the odometer. No Communication at all from the team. And when I ask why my rates went up, their standard response (if I got one). Everyone's went up. We are sorry. I moved to another state farm agent and have been happy ever since. Even if the rates are no different, at least they treat you like a customer, and update you and respond. That is all we ask! And just today I got a phone call asking that I call back so we can review my insurance. Funny that I get that after all my new policies went live, and I already moved out. --09-23 -And so the agent replies, they did reply! After my renewals were done, and when I emailed them. Never for review of my account. My policy went up for Home owners for removal of discount from my Account. They can check their emails and see if I sent them the certificate or not? To say they respond after things have happened is quite the agent to have! Thank you Pamela and team! Can you also check your records how many times before renewal or ever have you called to review my account in the last 3 years?"
"Rakesh - we have emails and logs of replying to you, so to say no response is not accurate. I am sorry that our appointment setter called you after you already moved to another agent, we certainly were not looking to irritate you. I am glad that you are happy with your new agent. Regarding replies, we try to always reply with 2 business days, and when you have emailed on the weekend we have replied the following Monday. We gave you specific detail about your account, in addition to letting you know that rates went up across the state. Again, glad you are happy where you are and wish you the best. "

"Raised my car insurance rate by 30% in less than a year, despite no accidents or other claims in the decade I've been with them (and also despite me using their stupid little tracker tag). I now pay more for my 2017 sedan that I almost never drive than people I know with brand new SUVs who COMMUTE TO WORK DAILY. Freaking DAILY COMMUTERS are paying less for their insurance than I am working from home and driving maybe 15 miles a week. This is so frustrating. All of the stupid little 'discounts' (especially the 'let us track you and we promise you'll save money' discount) are worthless if they don't even bring the price within the realm of what I would be paying at another carrier."

They keep me apprised of all updates and changes and never have a problem reaching them. "My wife's rings were stolen from our home. Pamela assisted me in submitting a claim. The claim was submitted online on a Tuesday and the recovery money was deposited by State Farm to my bank account that Thursday. That is Customer Service!!!"

"Buckland is curt, rude and unprofessional. Not satisfied with their service, overcharges and doesn't get dates correct for coverage docs."
"My team member logged a call that you asked for a policy to cancel on the 31st you called a couple days later saying you sold it the 30th and you should receive one day of credit and that my team member misheard you. I asked for your bill of sale to submit to State Farm to request the date change and I requested State Farm change the date for you (which will take a little time and I sent you a gift card for your frustration over the miscommunication). There are no overcharges on the account and I have provided you with in depth break downs of your billing. I would like you to be happy with your State Farm account and have offered to help you relocate to a different agency if you wish. I am sorry this was so upsetting to you and if you would like to talk about this further please call me I am happy to discuss."
